Can I add: simple controls (so that I can have a chance against all the
13-year-olds out there)?

Absolutely! I've been trounced by a fair number of them as well. Our game would have to allow players to look in all directions since there opponents could be above or below them. I kind of like the way Renegades uses the mouse to rotate the player's view. I had an easy time adapting to it.
