Yup, or as the FMOD website puts it: "Software 3D Engine including
true Doppler, logarithmic volume attenuation and 3D panning." The
RB3D example included in the download already has exaggerated Doppler
but you can crank it up some more to get a better feel for it.
The new FMOD Ex will actually accept geometry and factor in occlusion/
obstruction, but I'm not sure how much processing it does - it
probably adds low-pass filtering, but doesn't do bouncing (IIRC).
