I am trying to program a smooth crossfade between windows. The posts in the

talk about implementing a smooth crossfade but it is pretty old. It doesn't
seem to work.
I found the DragPic demo in the Projects and that is very close to what I
need but I am having problems getting it to work in my app.
So, I need help figuring out the easiest way to implement a smooth crossfade
between two windows. These are full screen windows too so I imagine it will
have to be done in code (not via QT).
