I know I'm just throwing this out there, but how big IS the linux

Are there any hard numbers? Soft numbers? Okay, wild guesses?
Also, what's the deal with distributions? which ones are the ones to
support, from a gaming perspective?
I have never really used Linux much. But one point comes to mind:
Have you ever seen a linux game for sale at any major software
retailer?
I think most retailers will not stock it, but there MUST be a market.
Neverwinter Nights is even out for Linux... maybe it has something to
do with whatever they author with, perhaps it is really easy to output
Linux as well, so why not?
I would guess that Linux is seen as an up-and-coming market for game
developers and they want to be in place as that market grows... much
like us and our use of RB.
