I saw this in some early 2005 betas but I thought it went away during
the fc cycle - I guess it's back...
5.5.5 builds it with no problem. Is this a known issue?
Well it's known now ;) but I'm sticking with 5.5 for a bit so if you
figure out what's causing it please let me know. Once I get 2005 I'll
look at it more closely, but as far as I can tell the declare is fine
(and works) so it's probably worth filing a bug report.
