As of RB2006r4 Mach-O targets link with Quesa.framework rather than the CFM library - could that be the problem you're seeing?

One thing I just discovered was a multitude of Failed Assertion Errors, one for every 3D class! This happens when I try to compile Mach O or Universal Binary. Anyone else seeing this.

I'm betting that the lack of attention is because Joe Strout is no longer in the mix.

Stuff started breaking with 2006r4, so that's the suspect release... I'm kinda boggled that no one at RS can confirm this (you'd think they'd know!)

I migrated my game engine away from RB3D/Quesa years ago, but I guess it's time to migrate my tools as well - I've lost all faith in the built-in 3D classes (and to a large extent Quesa itself).
