This might be the problem I had. (If you use a plug (Which can be
completely unrelated to the issue) in it will say it does not support
the build.)
Make sure you have the correct (Not carbon) quesa installed. This is a
bug in RB, but it needs the correct quesa to build UB (And it seems
like Mach-O too) from mac.
This was true for 2009r4, still might be true.

I migrated my game engine away from RB3D/Quesa years ago, but I guess
it's time to migrate my tools as well - I've lost all faith in the
built-in 3D classes (and to a large extent Quesa itself).
