Prego, figurati.
mi chiedevo come fare cambiare un valore di default di un PusButtom da Salva a Modifica 

Se ti riferisci al testo del pushbutton devi agire sulla proprietà caption.
Quindi save.caption="Salva" o save.caption="Modifica"


esempio:

  if id.text <> "" then
    //save.Default=True
    save.????="Modifica"

  Else
    //save.Default =False
    save.????="Modifica"
  End If
