i'm an avid fan of quickeys myself. :)
simple, set up two 'layouts' quickeys opens the layout that contains the
number of records to be printed, copies that number, chooses the menu
item to switch layouts, chooses the menu item to print, clicks in the
number of copies to print, and pastes the number, clicks ok, then returns
to select the menu that displays the layout showing the number of records
again... repeat!
