Danny, today's exchange rate is 1 USD = 1.58 CDN (according to TD Bank) if
you're buying US dollars. Now that's the rate the bank has. Credit Card
companies will use a different rate but it should be close. Also note that
PayPal will charge you a $1.95 USD handling fee since you aren't in the US
(which is a total scam).
Christian, what happened to eSellerate? They didn't have an extra fee for
non-US buyers.
