I have a 2 dimensional array that I need to use throughout my
application. I am not clear on how to create and access this array
(aPeriods(23,2) As Date). I tried creating it as a property of App,
but that doesn't seem to do any good. I am sure that this is a pretty
basic question, but I don't see an obvious answer.
