That all sounds very good. I've really enjoyed being a part of the MWRB
program up till now, and I look forward to all the great stuff it
sounds like you've got planned for the future.
I completely agree with your comments about keeping track of customers.
In my case, it doesn't make that much sense as my products are free and
will remain free. I *am* working on something that I plan to charge
money for and in that case I will be keeping track of my customers.
Thanks.

I welcome you to work with the new program and see how things change; I

On the adjunct matter of collecting customer information so you can
update
them on product updates, I would highly recommend that you make this a
priority for your company. This will be very important to you as your
products and company grows and matures. Saying you don't collect that
information today is one thing, saying you are not considering ways to
do so
and that you don't plan to in the future, I think, is leaving the
ability of
your customers to get improved versions of your product up to random
news
releases that the media may or may not pick up.
