RE: Help with Win32 keyboard shortcuts

I've submitted a bug report for this problem.  The id is eqozxrlp.  I also
submitted a very small test project to go with it.  Anyone that would like to
have the project is welcome to contact me and I'll send it along.  My hope is
that there is something I am doing wrong that can be corrected rather than a
bug in RB.
