Hi listers!

I'm looking for some testers for a product we've had under development for some time now. It's not quite ready for prime-time (or even beta, for that matter), however, it's stable enough for everyday use and abuse so we're looking for some testers, reviewers for a private alpha period. See the description below if you would find this application useful and wish to find out more and participate (Mac OSX only, please)

If you are interested, please email me off list at:

credlien at redlien dot com

Also, please include the following information:
- information concerning your system (The app should work 10.2+, but we haven't had an opportunity to try yet) - some information concerning your business (are you a salesperson, how much do you anticipate using this type of app, etc)

Thank you,
Corey Redlien

(btw, for what it's worth... all active alpha testers get the program for free whenever it's released and the coveted mention in the "about box" as incentive! ) ------------------------------------------------------------------------ ------------------------------
A little 'bout the program:

Current Feature Set: (aside from storing basic contact information like addresses, categorizations, personal info, additional business contacts, etc.) At the moment, although you could probably "hack-it" to be multi-, the program is primarily intended for single-user only.

For contacts, you may retain logs of and track:
- phone calls, including call duration
- meeting notes (including meeting overview, participants, agenda, discussion items, tasks, notes and attachments)
- Events and scheduling // Still very much in beta unfortunately
- Opportunities (including revenue, profit, quantity of items, estimated close date, Opportunity type, stage, status and product / service details)
- Attachment items (File attachments or URL's)
- Additional company contacts, either as full contact records, or just sub-contacts
- Additional locations, phone numbers, emails
- Contacts can be stored in multiple groupings
- Contacts can be assigned different colors
- 10 user configured fields allowing for regular, integer, date and currency types
- Create call script templates for viewing when doing sales calls
- Create email templates
- Output vCard files of contacts (partially there)
- Input vCard files (partially there)

System wide features:
- View contacts in either traditional list format or address card format. - Configurable preview pane shows a history of all actions. Right click within the pane to configure - Filter list by just about anything. Just right click on the cell you want to filter your contact list by and select "Filter by ... using ..."
- Filter by name using the top right search field
- Configurable graphical Dashboard overview showing you highlights of your sales, activity and more - Configurable list views allow you to create different traditional list "views"... for instance, you can have one view that shows all sales data, another that shows just call log data and another that has just basic name and address
- Browse by any category
- View contact list in different color sets, depending on contact activity amount, colors assigned by you, and more - Configure almost all Contact and system drop down boxes with the settings and data you want
- Store file / URL information in a system wide File Library
- System wide product/service information / templates
- Backup system (mostly there... manual backup works)
- Question mark icon symbols! (just seeing if you made it this far down in the feature list)

Notes:
- Contact stats are extremely comprehensive. One of the things as a alpha tester we'd be looking for from you is ideas on charts, reports to include. - UI so far is clean, simple and easy to use (we hope)... feedback on that would be greatly desired.
