I've been programming on Windows for many years now.  But these are small
details that are easy to overlook.  ;-)

Then there's definately a bug.  I didn't catch the fact that the
Shift+Insert worked -- that's an earlier version of Ctrl+V from the old
days.  It sounds like the Ctrl+ varations are being over-ridden somewhere.

If we blindly accepted everything everyone ever told us, we'd all be in
trouble.  ;-)
