Hi Tim,

And, the great thing about using a chroot jail is that you don't have to worry about paths and libraries. So far as your app is concerned, everything is in
its correct place.

Glad that everything worked out.

It did, for one machine.

The next one is strange
scsiier:/realbasic/lib # chroot /realbasic/
Illegal instruction

Any ideas?

It only fails after id copy the libc.so.6 and ld-linux.2 from SuSE 9.0
If I copy back in the versions from the main system, chroot works and
the helloworld.mwrb app fails.

I tried using LD_LIBRARY_PATH

bash-2.05b# /bin/helloworld.mwrb
/bin/helloworld.mwrb: /lib/ld-linux.so.2: version `GLIBC_PRIVATE' not found (required by /lib/libm.so.6) /bin/helloworld.mwrb: /lib/ld-linux.so.2: version `GLIBC_PRIVATE' not found (required by /lib/realbasic/libc.so.6)
bash-2.05b#

I wonder what the difference is....
