Poor internal compression in v5.5 compiled programs causes them to be larger when Stuffed

I have spent the last few hours writing a report on the problems with 
v5.5 compiled programs, and their size. The report is entitled, "Poor 
internal compression in v5.5 compiled programs causes them to be larger
