When a popup menu is updated with popup.addrow "new item", the popUp
visible item is not changed yet the Change event for the Popup is
activated.
Assuming this is normal behavior, can the PopUp change event be
suppressed when using popup.addrow?
I have code in the change event of the Popup that should only run when
the popup is manually changed.
