This fixes issues with usage of *. You can now safely use * 1 time and
set the rest as pixel precise or a percentage. However, if you use *
multiple times, CellEventsListbox will sometimes screw up, and other
times not. The problem lies in dividing the remaining pixels among the
*-width columns.
Maybe somebody from RS could help by telling how those remaining pixels
are divided?
