There are several sites that deal with on-demand book printing. Not to spam the list, but I would love some fresh books myself. Over at www.cafepress.com, you can upload a formated pdf, put a link on your site, and people can order a book that is printed and shipped. I have bought a couple books like this already, and while editing was a little ruff :), was very nice to get a bound print copy of a subject not getting much attention.
