Hi,
How does this work? I cannot get a global floating window to float
only in front of a program with floaterProcess assigned its Mac
creator code. The window continues to float in front of all
programs. Has anyone gotten this to work?
Isn't that what a Global Floating window is for?
If you want a Floating window for your app only, then use Frame = 3
Floating window. This will hide the Floater if you bring another
application in front.

Of course. I can't even understand why the floaterprocess property
exists let alone why it does not do what the documentation says it is
supposed to (at least under MAC OS X). My point in bringing this up
is to make sure I was right about FloaterProcess and then submit the
bug report that either the property itself doesn't work or the
documentation describing it must be wrong.
