internal Infrared (IrDA): -17 (115k quite irrelevant)
internal modem          :   0 (can't be fixed to 115k)
Keyspan drivers 1.9     :   0 (REALbasic fails to contact a 115k device)
Prolific PL-2303        : -17 (REALbasic fails to contact a 115k device)

But I even get this -17 without setting the serial port to 115k.
