[ANN] SQLiteManager 1.2.1

This is just a minor update to SQLiteManager 1.2. There are really only two 
changes:

1. Fixed a problem with altering tables with columns that had defaults.
2. No longer allow altering tables with UNIQUE columns (it just doesn't work).
