Hello List -

I'd like to hear the opinion of other listers concerning Kagi. I've been working for what seems like weeks trying to get my product "saleable" on their store, but I keep hitting roadblocks:

- serious bugs in their code generation engine
- webpages that are down for three days, requiring me to call them via telephone and insist that they fix it - badly outdated and inaccurage information about their Macintosh support, which seems to be almost nonexistent - an extremely convoluted web interface that makes it very difficult to understand the structure of the system and how my product fits in. It seems like every link I click results in a new window, leaving me with a screen full of clutter.

Am I crazy? I thought people used Kagi and were happy with it. Looks like eSellerate.net has competitive pricing, so I think I know where my future lies... but I'd love to be proven wrong about Kagi.

they come from mac originally.
they have a very good record for end users.
they send me a four figure check every month so i am very happy :-)

i do not use their registration engine, because i never got the time to read the API which looked to sophisticated for me. i have clients quite every day so i do not think that the webpages really were down. their webpage is a liitle bit complicated, because it grew over time, but once you set it up it is very simple and i often make temporary small changes in less than a minute.
