From the same source picture ?

Adjust the gamma ramps on the machines to match

Other than that from the same picture they won't look the same.

Otherwise you need a different picture with the gamma adjusted per 
platform to account for the gamma ramp they are LIKELY to be using (but 
since the user can adjust it you may be wrong unless you can read the 
ramp)
