I'm seeing bizarre timestamps on built files this morning.
Three RB files built at the same time have creation times differing
by 2 hours and none of the times correspond to the time shown in the
OSX menubar!
Obviously the time changed from daylight saving time to standard time
last night. And OSX correctly changed the time in the menubar
automatically.
When I build my RB project, it creates executables for three
platforms, and none of the creation dates show the current time, and
the Windows EXE is two hours from the Mac versions.
And all of this persistent in new builds, even after restart all of OSX.
Here's an example:
7:50 AM Wall clock (still on old time, just for reference)
6:50 AM OSX Menubar clock (correct)
Build one RB project, creating three executables in the same folder.
OSX Finder shows:
Today 5:51 AM for the Carbon build
Today 5:51 AM for the Classic build
Today 3:51 AM for the Windows exe
Note that the Windows EXE creation time differs by 2 hours from the
Mac builds built at exactly the same time. And note that none of the
times are the current nor old times.
And it's very consistent in the amounts it's off, having tried it
about 10 times both before and after restarting OSX 10.3.5
Bizarras!
Regards,
Joe Huber
