I have created an ElfData plugin forum, at

It is a brand new forum, and thus empty. But I will be regularly using
it, which is the important part.
At the moment, I envisage people who want to use my ElfData plugin, but
are unsure how to, to sign up and ask general questions on how my
plugin can help them.
