Hi,

I'm working on an app that reads information from remote Windows machines. The stuff we read is registry stuff and eventlog stuff. I use a bunch of API calls for that.

I was wondering if there is a toolkit that does the same, but multi-platform. Eg. read a remote Windows registry from a Linux or OSx machine.

I was thinking about looking at Wine, but that's only Linux. But I guess they must have a system to do that. I don't think Wine or something similar exists on OSx.

So, anybody have a toolkit, or knowledge of a toolkit that might do stuff like that ?

Yves
