Who's Roger Clemens? Is he allowed to eat kids?

Roger Clemens is a baseball pitcher.
He's supposedly famous although being a Canuck I only happen to know who he is because I occasionally read the sports page and he just signed some huge contract to make him the highest paid baseball player ever or something. A silly amount of money (like $20 million a year) to hurl a small leather covered ball.
