We are discussing the distribution of our software in Japan, and one
question I got from the distributor was:
"As you may know, the Japanese writing system uses kanji (Chinese
characters) and requires support for double byte characters (DBCS) -- is or
can your software be made compatible with this? This is a pre-requisite for
the translation and localization as well as for sales and distribution in
Japan."
Currently we translate the strings in the software through the use of
constants. Can we use this for the Japanese writing system too?
