Stefan,

Now, I have someone, who told me, that a registration number is not
accepted. I verified it on several systems: OK. I downloaded the
shipping app and verified again: OK.

What to do now? What do YOU do?

        I've had this before.

In fact, I asked for a system profile, a feature build in the application.
But I didn't received it.

If I had bought an app, I would do everything needed to support the support,
since I need something working...
