I'm using it right now. Had NO problems installing at all.

I'm annoyed at a few things:

1) Spotlight seems like it'll be indexing forever. Good ole' Sherlock 2 days, right? Very useful... 2) With "Show All File Extensions" enabled, I get ".app" on all my application bundles. So I have to decide which is worse: extensions on *everything* or extensions on some things. (Notice we get no "Hide All File Extensions" option?) 3) Mail can't get senders right. Setting up a new smart mailbox to find all messages sent to me by people of an Address Book group barely works at all. Of some 800 messages that should be found (as in found with a rule and moved to a real mailbox), only 8 are found using a "Smart" mailbox. 1/100 passes as "Smart" now-a-days? Sheesh...

Also, users of WinSwitch should note that WinSwitch crashes the menu server, but Apple gives us a new "View As" option in the Login Options.
