REALbasic 5.5.5 Mach-O Apps crash on Launch in Tiger

Hello All my REALbasic Mach-O built apps crash on launch in Tiger.

I cant generate this just by empty app and have not pinpointed what 
needs to be in the app for it to hapen.
Is anyone else experiencing this ?
