The problem with lawyer jokes is that: lawyers don't think they're funny...
And the rest of us don't think they are jokes! ;-)

There's nothing to substantiate - obviously, I hope. Perhaps this is a point
lost on our less litigious neighbors, but here in the U.S. you can get sued
for looking at somebody wrong, and the rash of breathtakingly ridiculous
lawsuits has given rise to a genre of humor called "lawyer jokes". Lawyer
jokes are a perfectly acceptable part of the humor spectrum, and for the
most part, those in the legal profession have learned to take them in
stride.
The joke here is that the two lawyers got together and figured out a way to
make a little easy money from the other. For the record, I have no evidence
that they either slurped martinis off a hooker or snorted crack through $100
bills; it could just as easily been vodka and methamphetamine.
