I think Mr. Voksa was referring to your use of all capitol letters
instead of proper caps and lower case. Many people consider it to be the
same as screaming in a very loud voice. Many people also consider it
somewhat rude.
I am not sure how to help you with you QT problem. I don't have much
experience with movie player controls but one thing that comes to mind
is buffering and threading. In Mac OS the display is double buffered in
the OS and in Windows it is not.
