PalmOS devices

Any examples of RB apps (Win & Max) that work with PalmOS apps & databases?

Something like HanDBase that has Win and PalmOS components where users can 
create/edit/delete tables/databases on both platforms.

I'm pretty lost at this point. Anyone have experience (good or bad) with it?
