RealDatabasenames and diacritical letters...

The problem is as follows:

I need to be able to create RealDatabases with filenames that contain
diacritical letters common in scandinavian (and most other) languages.
CreateDataBaseFile uses the (for this pupose) inappropriately encoded
filename as it appears in AbsolutePath, while it should appear as in f.Name.

createTextfile seems to treat filenames with diacritical letters correctly.

I¹ve quite a bit of inventive (but unsuccessful) coding, and research, and
wound up with nothing.
Is it a bug or is it a feature ;-)
Is there any way to circumvent this problem? Any help would be greatly
appreciated.

Iver
