It might--there's no way of knowing. The OP had a subject line of
"Windows Toolbar" and talked about the "taskbar" in the body. This
was ambiguous. Ronald answered as if the subject was correct, and you
answered as if the body was correct.
My bet's on Aaron, but only the OP knows what he meant.
