[Off] PHP, anyone?

Hi!
  Are there any experts out there familiar with PHP on MacOS X? If so, 
where's the php.ini file (or its equivalent) in OS X? Please respond 
off-list. Thank you!
  Specifically, php 5.0.2 on OS X 10.3.9
