I made a small Screensaver application, and I have a doubt about an option I
added to it.

The option is to show the screensaver-module either at fullscreen or, if the
module's width and height are smaller than the screen.width and the
screen.height, at its original size. In such case (i.e. showing it at its
original size) the window has got a black backgroundcolor.

Now, my doubt is: will the monitor benefit when running such smallsized module?
or does the monitor benefit only when the module's size is the same as the
screen.width and the screen.height?

For instance, if as screensaver I just open a black window containing nothing,
does the monitor benefit or not?

Suggestions welcome,
