FYI RB isn't the only app that is "monitor unaware" like this
iCal has this odd behavior as well despite a second monitor no longer
being present.
As do a few other Apple tools.
The only thing I've found to fix it is (gotta love this) move the extra
windows/panes/ etc back to the main monitor BEFORE you unhook the
second monitor
Deleting prefs sometimes doesn't do it esp if they write settings to
the system defaults (which some DO - not sure whose brain wave that was
to put things in a place where they are so bloody hard to clear)
