Ladies and Gentlemen,

maybe you can help me, I do not have that much experience in using a GameInputDevice since I come from data warehouse applications. But for a business application I should embed an USB Presenter device into my application to let people control slides within a powerpoint presentation.

When taking a look at the GameInputDevices - List then the device shows up with two entries (both called "Wireless.2"), the first seems to have a behaviour similar to a mouse (offering "button#1", "button#2", "button#3", "x-axis", "y-axis", "scrollwheel" as GameInputElements - which seems to be reasonable since the device has three buttons) and the second like another keyboard (offering a number of keys as GameInputElements).

Now here is the question - how can I make my application to poll at least the three buttons and react on a button pressure (with different reactions on each button) ? How can I find out if a user pressed a button and which button ?

Thank you for your input,
kind regards

Oliver
