VB project converter

I have just downloaded the demo and the VB converter.
I have done as said in the readme;
Extracted  VBPC.zip
Double clicked on VB Project convertor.exe 
Dragged and dropped a form (VB5)
Clicked "Convert" 
 
All I get is a messagebox "An exception of class NilObjectException was
not handled..."
 
Can anyone help?
 
What is VBPC.dmg used for?
