Hey List,
 When I run RB on my Windows XP PC, I recieve two errors saying it can't 
load 4DOPEN.dll and OCI.dll. It has been doing this for a while and I have 
not bothered mentioning it on the list. But it is starting to get annoying. 
Does anyone know what to do about this?
