Hi,

REALbasic 2005r4
Mac OS X 10.3.9

I use SelectFolderDialog to (mostly) create a new folder at the user selected location (I also use it to choose a Folder) in a current little project.

I was tired of typing the new folder name and found useful to use the SelectFolderDialog.SuggestedFileName Property.

At first, I found the title misleading: I create a Folder, not a File...

At second and because REALbasic (5.5.5 _AND_ 2005r4) allows me to do it, I found... surprising to not get it after I clicked in the New Folder button: I got "Utitled folder" - translated from French - instead of my automatically generated folder name !

Bug in REALbasic ?
Not customizable dialog in Mac OS X 10.3.9 ?

If you know what you do, just do it !

Cheers,

Emile
