EditField Scroll Bar Acting Funny

I have a method that sets text and style data into a multi-line  
styled editfield.  The scroll bar doesn't update (it stays the way it  
was the last time I set the text) until I actually click on the up or  
down arrows or if the window is deactivated and reactivated.  Does  
anyone have a workaround?  (RB2004 v4)
