I have to use SoftDeclareMBS, write a plugin or go back to PEF, correct? Is
there a feature request for this already?

No -- you can use the built-in Soft declare in REALbasic.

I thought soft declares only went the other way (call MachO from a PEF build) and even then they're limited to frameworks/bundles - i.e. don't work with dylibs. Please correct me if I'm wrong, cause I could use this feature!

It should, so long as it's within a bundle (I believe -- it's been a while).
