[Ann] Accessing the Parallel Port in Windows

I've had a handful of people (especially those coming from Visual Basic) 
how to access the parallel port in REALbasic on Windows.  Because of 
this, I wrote a real quick tutorial (and a friendly sample project) on 
how to do exactly this.
