[ANN] Collect external items into one .rbp file, plus Class Browser

A bug fix release (v1.0.4) of my free tool:

Now can handle hopefully _all_ kinds of external items (until now, it
would not handle Window items, for instance - but no one has told me
until I found out myself. Gosh, is no one using it or is everyone
afraid to contact me about such problems? Please, if you are
interested in it, then let me know or I'll lose interest in even
updating it further to the public)

Furthermore, it compiles again under RB 5.5.5
