with something like TextWrangler or BBEdit and see if stuff has been
added that should not be there.
In fact, just comparing the length of the two txt files should already
tell you if the file has really grown in content, because they're
effectively a direct text representation of the .rbp files, but
without the padding that Roph talks about.
